This Terms of Service agreement sets out the conditions that apply when you access or use https://dwbase.com and when you make any purchase through the website. Please read it carefully before using our services or submitting an order.

When you browse our site, register an account, or place an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website. Nothing in these Terms replaces or reduces any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Available products, designs, materials, colors, dimensions, package contents, and options may change according to inventory, season, customer interest, and supplier availability.

Some products may be personalized, customized, or made to order where expressly stated on the applicable product page. This does not mean that every Dwbase product is made to order.

Where applicable:

Colors may appear slightly different because of photography, lighting, or screen settings;
Small differences in texture, pattern placement, stitching, finish, or dimensions may occur;
Measurements may be subject to reasonable production tolerances; and
Items in the same order may be shipped separately.

Please review the product description, dimensions, materials, package contents, available options, and care or usage instructions before placing an order.

Item Descriptions and Stock

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, prices, dimensions, materials, and availability accurately.

However, product availability is not guaranteed. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue a product when reasonably necessary.

Props, display accessories, styling items, or additional garments shown in product photographs are included only when specifically identified as part of the product.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you and offer an available alternative or cancel the affected item and issue an applicable refund.

Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts will be displayed during checkout where available. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage charges imposed after shipment may not be included at checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We generally do not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, delivery, and contact information.

Placing an Order and Our Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment, subject to applicable law.

We may reasonably reject, limit, or cancel an order because of:

Delivery restrictions;

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Changing or Canceling an Order

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products may enter preparation or production shortly after confirmation. Please review product selections, quantities, customization details, billing information, and delivery information before submitting an order.

Dispatch and Delivery

Dwbase currently ships to:

United States
Canada
Mexico

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate.

Fulfillment locations and carriers may vary depending on product availability, delivery destination, and operational requirements.

Estimated transit times are:

United States: 7–20 business days;
Canada: 10–30 business days; and
Mexico: 20–30 business days.

Including standard processing time, approximate total delivery periods are:

United States: 9–27 business days;
Canada: 12–37 business days; and
Mexico: 22–37 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruption, high shipping volumes, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances may cause delays.

Additional shipping conditions, rates, tracking procedures, customs information, and rules concerning refused or undeliverable parcels are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Item Concerns

Eligible products may be returned by requesting authorization within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Refund Policy and Returns and Cancellation Policy.

For a change-of-mind return, a product must generally be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, tags, components, accessories, and proof of purchase where reasonably possible.

Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This restriction does not apply when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Dwbase does not impose a restocking charge.

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos.

After review, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and availability, this may include:

Sending a missing item;
Providing a replacement;
Arranging an exchange; or
Issuing a refund for the affected product.

If the issue is confirmed to have resulted from our error or our fulfillment partner's error, we will cover authorized replacement or return shipping costs.

Do not return a product without prior authorization. The appropriate return location may vary depending on the product, order, and customer location. If a return request is approved, we will provide the applicable return address and instructions by email.

Our registered business address is not the default product return address.

Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or activity.

We may reasonably restrict or suspend an account to prevent fraud, security threats, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

Ownership of Content

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, artwork, videos, software, and page layouts are owned by or licensed to us.
